Andy! He's exactly what you need when buying or selling a house! Young, competent, engaging, and with a real passion for his job. He really went extra mile to get things moving along, always keeping us up-to-date in a friendly and very professional manner. He is definitely the best from the bests! It hasn't been easy buying my home, but Andy has always been there, giving me advice and speaking with everyone in the chain. I've hardly heard from my sellers agent and never the same person that deals with the whole house sale. Andy even helped me move the last bits of my items on the move day, plus my child to get me over to my new house!...which he didnt have to do but so appreciated by me and my family. I would highly recommend his service to anyone buying and/ or selling property. Thank you so much for all the work, weekly phone calls, and time you have put into selling my home and helping me buy my new home. Finally did it 😊

Andy helped me and my partner purchase our new property and we couldn't recommend him enough. He was incredibly personable, nothing was too much of an ask and he kept us in the loop with everything going on. Some people just totally stand out with how competent they are and Andy is 100% one of them. I've just bought my first house through Andy and have genuinely been blown away by how good he is at making the process as seamless as possible. As a FTB you hear horror stories about the whole process with solicitors etc. but Andy genuinely made the whole thing totally painless. I used the Solicitors he recommended, who were also brill. Andy has a good relationship with them and did most of the chasing throughout the process, so I only really needed to worry about doing my bits in good time! I was kept totally in the loop about where every other member of the chain was up to, which meant it really was a stress-free experience. If I'm ever buying/selling a house in future I wouldn't hesitate to give Andy a call & I have been singing his praises to my friends and coworkers from day one. Actually found out that someone at work knew Andy too as we had a conversation about how we'd both only ever encountered one good Estate Agent and it turned out to be the same guy!

Andy is amazing and provides a 5 star service in all areas. I was looking for a buy to let apartment for a few months and interacted with a lot of agencies and agents, but found Andy to be the best and a class apart. I liked his services so much during the process that even decided to move the management of my apartment to Andy's agency.
