Many years ago, a young man named Paul had a dream of owning his own car dealership and in 2008 A1 Ortos was born. After his experience in several main dealerships he learned a lot of key skills which have been refined to do things differently, the right way, the A1 Ortos way! We believe everybody should get the opportunity to buy the right vehicle, at the right price, without the old pushy sales tactics, as buying a car from us is a very special moment in your life and should be treated accordingly.
All of our staff come from a customer service background which is displayed in the real family atmosphere created. Regardless of the amount of money being spent we strive for the same professional yet friendly and comfortable buying experience for every single customer. Making sure our cars leave at the highest possible level is important to everybody at the A1 Ortos family and we make sure no corners are cut in any way, as Paul has always said 'if a job is worth doing, its worth doing properly!' After all, buying a used car with a new car feeling is a very good feeling!

Went to look a a BMW 135 Jay was great from start to finish of the whole process. He was that good I put a deposit on a car I didn’t see until a day before hand over. I was not disappointed with the car it was in great condition. This is my first hot hatch and I was going to be extra picky as it’s a lot of money to spend but I am happy I went the A1 Ortos. Bought one of my dream cars from here X5 M50D. Specced out to perfection and at an unbeatable price. Joe from sales was brilliant handled everything smoothly and went above an beyond to help me with my purchase, helped out secure a good warranty and made the transaction super easy. He was a good laugh and a pleasure to do business with. I'll definitely be back here for another car very soon. Thanks again Joe your a credit to the company 👏

Recently bought our car last week. Jay Nicol sold us the car, (Mercedes a45s). He was a lovely and friendly chap. He made the whole experience smooth and stress free and was very professional. We also got to take the car home the same day which we were so happy about. The car is amazing! The show room had some great high spec cars in as well. Thanks guys! Kirsty & Jay

Recently purchased a car from this garage. It’s a shame regarding the negative reviews as I had a wonderful experience, everyone we met was really nice, the sale was smooth and trouble free. Chris sold us the car along with Mark and both were polite, professional and down to earth. At handover Chris had a customer arrive late so rather than sit us waiting we were put with Tony who, again was professional throughout. They do have some absolutely gorgeous cars in the show room, all high end with amazing spec. Happy with ours, condition was lovely, log book arrived 3 days later, communication amazing. I walked into A1 Ortos a few weeks ago, feeling like a deer in the headlights, with absolutely no idea of how to go about buying my first car. I met with Chris, and I can say with absolute sincerity that he was the nicest, kindest, and most thoughtful salesman I could have ever wished for. He practically held my hand through the entire process and made me feel very cared for and looked after. Being new to the country as well as car-buying, I knew very little. Chris answered all of my questions and helped me with everything. We found me a beautiful car that I’m just delighted with! It’s perfect. The showroom is pristine, with lots of beautiful cars, but what stands out is the absolutely top-notch service. I was impressed every single step of the way and I highly recommend A1 Ortos and Chris.
