Such a bad service. This Nigerian guy (in the picture) don’t know how to talk to customers and the parts are so expensive for no reason. Can find better in other shops. My bike tyre was punctuated and i took it to them which they put a new tube, fair enough. I only cycled for 20mins and my tyre is flat again. I had to walk back to house with my bike. The next day (today) i take the bike to him and he refused to take with such a rude tone. Asking me to come any other day. The least they you can do is to talk and recommend things to their customers, which these people have zero knowledge about. I wish they close down soon. Worst experience.

Never had such a rude customer service experience in my life, the way i was treated here. I was told different price and when i went to collect bike he added more. Even though they admitted they didnt give me the right price but refused to charge me actual cost. I even tried to avoid arguments and told him i can pay whatever he is asking but said its not a good customer service experience though,but the response was “we dont care” They over charges me twice and have promised never gonna go back there. They are very rude and not punctual at all too. I had to keep coming back three time on agreed times. Horrible people. I suggest you avoid them at any cost.

3 of my friends recommended this shop to me. I went in there and was very warmly welcomed by usher and Kevin. They were easy to talk to. They patiently answered every question of mine. And finally I got the best bike with all the accessories well under my budget. Top lads they are. Thank you once again.

I had ordered a new bike online and it came in parts so I gave it to the shop to assemble it together. My twin also got an identical bike with a diff colour. He set his up with my dad and I gave mine to the shops. After we tested our bikes and mine turned out to ride x4 slower than his!! They must have done a really bad job or swapped some of the new pieces with faulty ones. Don't trust them, something dodgy going on there. And they don't give receipts so you can't come back and ask for a re-fix since they can refuse and you can't do anything about it.

Stopped in as I had a puncture. It was fixed in twenty minutes and I was back on my ride. Just what you need from a bike repair shop. Excellent service Thanks.
