The property is located directly across from the train/tram station. The breakfast management and staff were accommodating and they had a lot of options. The manager helped me make Nutella sandwiches for the kids because she saw that I was juggling demands from both kids at once. She also noticed that my kids loved grapes so she made sure to restock while we were there. The space was clean and modern. Overall, we loved our stay while visiting Manchester (specifically Man City Stadium).

The hotel is perfectly located for a match at Old Trafford (15 minutes walk) and easy access with the tram (blue line). The room is spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the service provided by Mariya is perfect, she's genuinely nice and will welcome you with a big smile. Bilal at the reception is super helpful, thank you so much for being so accommodating.

It's a mixed bag for me. I've spent 3 weeks at this hotel and while I was completely happy with the service of some truly amazing staff like Uju, Paolo, Amanda, Wale and Mariya (these people are absolute assets to this hotel 🙂) I just couldn't get me head around the inconsistencies with the housekeeping at this hotel. The air cooling units would do everything else but pump out cool air, the lights in the bathroom would light up one side and not the other, house keepers would come, tidy a room, make beds but leave dirty cups, spoons, not replace the water in the fridge or bathroom supplies and on my final day, they didn't even bother to clean the room. I got back in after a long and hard day only to be met by the room exactly as I left it in the morning and had to complain for housekeeping to come and do it the evening! You would expect a hotel like Marriott , with it's sterling reputation to do a lot better than a mere bed and breakfast. Very disappointing, I must say.
