I have been a keen sportsman since my childhood, playing football and running cross country at County level. I progressed from Half Marathons, Marathons, 30km Races, on to Triathlon in 2009. Learning how to front crawl opened up a fantastic new sport to me, and it saw me get on a bike for the first time in over 30 years. I gradually increased the distance from Sprint, Standard, Middle Distance and then competed in two Long Distance events (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42km run). I’ve competed twice in the Alpe D’Huez short distance event, and I can say that this has been my favourite challenge to date.

Richard is amazing, very professional. Would recommend to everyone. Few days after my first session, I experienced a lot of improvements. The acupuncture, and putting pressure on certain parts of my hip and back really works and i can now stretch my legs better and more flexible than before.

I booked in with Richard for a sports massage to ease my lower back pain. The massage received was brilliant. Richard was very informative and explained everything he was going to do. He also gave me some info on stretches that would help me after the session. Will definitely return if I have any issues going forward. 10/10 from me.

I recently visited Richard with a pain in my lower back and general aches and pains, which seemed to have appeared for no reason. Richard was very professional and thorough in his assessment of my situation and used a number of techniques to help resolve my problems. Richard took his time to explain possible links and what he was going to do and put me at ease. He also gave me some exercises to use at home. I was in a much better place after having visited Richard and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had stupidly fallen off a ladder and needed some help to get my back moving again after several weeks of pain. I have had two sessions now with Richard and I can confirm that the combination of treatments used have really helped me feel and move much better. I can definitely recommend Richard and would have no hesitation in going back. If you to are struggling I would suggest you give him a try.

I have been suffering for a while now with sciatica as well as a couple of other ancillary injuries. Richard has treated me and I can honestly say that he has been able to get to the bottom of my problems and ease them significantly. He is knowledgeable about injuries and the body and explains how he is treating you and why. There is no pressure selling and his prices are really competitive. I would definitely recommend Richard.
