I'm relatively new to working with any personal trainer at all ( about two months ) but I'm very happy to be working with Adele. My own confidence around the gym is growing as well as my knowledge in machines/equipment etc. Excellent advice and I recommend working towards your goals with Adele.

Adele has been fantastic over the past few months helping me towards my goals. She is understanding and supportive through everything you do and is always there to encourage you during your sessions and outside the sessions as well. Adele also helps you build your confidence in the gym and is kind and patient towards you when you are doing so :)

Adele is a very knowledgable and supportive pt. She has helped me unlearn a lifetime of bad dieting advice and helped me understand how to fuel my body better. She is encouraging and patient in the gym and has performed a miracle in curing me of my gym phobia! I used to hate going because I was unsure of what to do and self conscious about my shape, age etc. I now look forward to my sessions because I have recognised that this is time I invest in myself and Adele has been instrumental in that change. She offers her clients a wealth of online resources, including a log of every single exercise, rep, weight etc done during the sessions. She is patient but always honest and on occasion able to steer her clients back onto the straight and narrow when needed! I would highly recommend Adele as a pt!

I can’t recommend Adele enough! Every session I feel motivated and encouraged to push myself. My main worry at the gym has always been self confidence and not wanting to be “embarrassed” but I feel empowered and proud now when the end of the session comes around and I know I’ve worked hard. Adele always makes time in the session for a wellbeing chat and catch up which is so important, as well as sharing nutrition tips and really useful feedback. Thanks Adele!

I worked with Adele for about 3 months when I felt I needed help with consistency at the gym. After working with her, I can say I feel more confident going to the gym, even at peak hours,and I was definitely more consistent with my gym fitness. I enjoyed the sessions and she was able to answer any fitness questions that I came up with. Outside of the gym sessions, Adele made sure to provide support and motivational words and to always celebrate all the little wins throughout the week.
