Hi I should have checked reviews before joining them . System was installed couple of days ago . I left the premises so didn’t signed off . Instead of new connection they connected with my digital screen switch which I found out when I came next day and it’s 2 weeks still not resolved. Wish me luck just joined them

I would tell anyone who sees this, to not go for anything from this company! This company have installed for a friend and they’ve installed the wrong system, there’s no infrared and they’ve said they’ll ‘fix it’. They’ve said whilst it is incorrect, they will freeze the payments until resolved. Every time they call, they tell them an engineer will be out in 24hrs and they never show. She has two children who need specialist care, which disrupts their routine and lives every time they tell her that an engineer will be on scene, and doesn’t show. Further to this, they are now threatening her with solicitor action. I have commented on a FB post, but overnight they have deleted the comment and blocked me from commenting anymore. I would really make sure you avoid them. Horrible company!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I realised too late so will stick out tge 3 year contract and move to a better company. A total waste of time and money and never received an apology to date. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!

Dreadful customer service with scandalous call-out charges. When we stopped using them they were going to charge us £180 just to disconnect the alarm!!! After the first few months of using them we found out they hadn't connected the alarm properly so wasnt even being monitored...
