I needed a stair carpet fitted quick. We went to the shop to choose . Such a fabulous choice and Sinead was so lovely and helpful and not pushy, but pointed us in the right direction. This was the Wednesday , appointment for measurement and picking the carpet , Friday. Carpet fitted following Wednesday. Looks fabulous. The staff Sinead is a treasure. I would love to send some of my staff to watch how excellent Customer Service is delivered.. They kept us informed, all the way through . The carpet fitter did a fantastic job. And just got stuck in. My stairs looks so good. I would recommend Albion Carpets all the way . From choice , price, ( catered to your affordability) and the superb staff. Trish M

Hi would just like to thank Dean and Gemma for an absolutely outstanding job on our living room carpet(fitted by Alan) it feels so cosy and luxurious.If you haven't used them before take a visit uou won't be disappointed 100% xxxx from going to the showroom to the carpet being fitted took less than a week Once again thank you. Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! What a fantastic company, From picking our amazing amtico flooring, and carpets at the start to the installation and fitting in the, things couldn’t have gone any smoother. I’m so grateful I meeting our loverly Gemma she help me pick out my flooring and carpets, I was surprised at the knowledge she had and was so grateful for her opinion on colours, and her ideas regarding the final finish of my home, Dean was also fantastic, he came out and done the measurements and also offered ideas and different ways to have the flooring, Albion Mill carpets are so professional, and would definitely recommend them to anyone, I will be using them again with out a doubt, Thanks you so much guys

We had new stairs and landing carpet fitted a few days ago and from the start, it was a lovely process. The ladies in the shop were very helpful, the chap who came out to measure up and the fitter were both great. They could not have done enough for us. Lovely family values and a genuine caring attitude. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a smashing job.
