We listed our house for sale in April, just before the Easter holidays. 3 hours after it went live we had a diary full of viewings. After the initial round of viewings, our house was sold. The timing for us as a family could not have been better. We’ve been able to source a new school for the children and be able to move to our dream home. The care attention Alex Jones have given us has been remarkable. This is the first time we have ever moved home so you can imagine the whole process has been stressful for us as a family. Trying to understand all the procedures that come with a simultaneous buy and sell. Alex Jones have been there for us at every step of the journey. Offering support and guidance as our family moves. They helped us with contacts and information for our onwards journey and it’s a service we won’t forget. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Fantastic service throughout.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Carl was extremely professional when coming to value our property and their photographer, Pete, was so friendly and built a great rapport with us. Communication was spot on throughout and they responded to all our queries in a very timely manner and really put our minds at ease. Our property was let within days and they found the perfect tenant for us. We can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use Alex, Abby and the team in the future.

Very poor service. Throughout the entire sale the house was listed as under offer. Once the house sold our renovation photos were used to make it look like the property was furnished. In response to Alex Jones, We paid a lot of money to have those photos taken. We also put in a huge amount of time & money in dressing the house. We politely requested that the photos not be used for advertising purpose as the house was rented unfurnished. Your initial response was a flat no and you stated we had not paid for the photos and so belonged to you. We then proved to you that we had paid to have the photos done and also pointed out there was no mention at all in your advert that the property was unfurnished. I hope you take on board our comments as this could have very easily been avoided. You could have at the very least requested to use our photos rather than assuming we would be fine with it. You could have been more polite with regards to our response rather than digging in and trying to claim that we had not purchased the photos. I can see that you have removed the photos now and appreciate this thank you. Because you have now removed the photos I have amended our review to 3 stars. Thank you for responding so promptly to our review. Ok so after I have revised your rating to a 3* you go and re upload the photos.

We used Alex Jones to purchase a property which will eventually be used as a business premises, once we apply for the necessary adaptations. From start to finish the Alex Jones team have been fantastic. Really accommodating to us and even managed to help us out of hours due to clashing schedules with our work commitments. For property in the local area, there’s no one else we would use. If you want a fantastic service coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the local area, do not hesitate to contact Alex Jones - they are a company that can accommodate you with a truly professional and gold standard approach.

Alex Jones have sold our house not once.. but twice! They are incredibly professional and nothing is too much hassle. From start to finish our selling process was made easy and we can’t rate their friendly and approachable service enough. We will certainly use them for both purchasing and selling properties again in the future.
