Excellent! Thomas not only dealt with the issue I presented, but helped me see what else was needed to improve my handling of email. I forgot a question during our first call, but was able to phone in to Apex, get back to Thomas and complete my enquiry. Only slight difficulty - sometimes the sound quality on the phone was poor.
