The food was lovely it always is. I get a hot beef or lamb muffin both are delicious for myself and my brother in law. Hes just come put of hospital after a 3 month stay. He's been very poorly , he says that food all tastes strange but not the food from Applebys he eats his muffin straight away. I also get him a cooked chicken and stuffing and oven bottom muffins he eats every bit.

Brilliant butchers/grocer, got so much to choose from with very good quality meats, muffins, cakes etc. If your ever hungry and fancy a quick bite to eat then you have a large selection of hot foods from chicken wraps which are lovely, minted lamb ends which are the best ever, salt n pepper chips and also chicken nuggets as well as chicken madras with rice and chips!! Much more to choose from but this is the little amounts I can fit in, very well priced for everything I've mentioned not to forget that the steaks are very well priced for such quality meat and I much prefer theirs to supermarkets. Very much worth a visit no matter where your from 👌

I travel fortnightly to Appleby's, great selection of cold and hot foods, my personal favourite is the minted lamb chops, perfectly marinated, tasty bacon and sausages and the hot food is just as well cooked and seasoned, I can't recommend Appleby's highly enough, price wise it's not overly expensive but it's not cheap either but I'll travel for quality!

Genuinely don't know how they manage to stay open with such low prices, got a hot beef and onion sandwich, chilli and mango chicken, rib eye steak and minted lamb burgers for an incredible bargain and all were more than worth the money, very fresh
