Mark did a great job on our Viessmann boiler. We needed an emergency call out as our hot water stopped working, a nightmare as we just got home with our newborn. Arrived within 2 hrs of our call, he diagnosed the problem quickly, talked me through it at every point and gave me a few tips to boot. Would definitely use the service again and I’d ask for Mark!

Good service, fixed quickly and efficiently... but beware it is very expensive. I was quoted £220 for repairs with parts, so I was unprepared for the bill of £417.60 (£150 labour plus VAT for half an hour max, £198 plus VAT for new fan).

My hot water was not working and needed someone to look at my boiler. A+R came out the same day and fixed the problem without any issues. Great service and very good prices. I can't praise them enough. Wonderful company coming to my rescue.
