I called in to buy an office chair. There was a wide range to choose form and prices to suit all. I bought the Spartacus office chair. exactly what I needed. The showroom was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the warehouse team put my chair in the back of my car. A delivery option was also available. Thank you so much.🙂🙂🙂

Appalling customer service. David, who’s apparently the ‘boss’ has an awful attitude and would benefit from a basic customer service course, designed for people who have never worked with people before. I ordered a £200 chair and after it arrived damaged, I asked for it to be replaced. A new one arrived also damaged. I called David to ask if I could have one that wasn’t damaged to which the only option I was given was for a refund. No other options. All I wanted was a chair in good condition. He wasn’t prepared to apologise for the inconvenience or order another chair. The cherry on the top was he hung up on me 3 times. Was like speaking to a brick wall. Couldn’t see past his own opinion and clearly didn’t like customers asking for good quality items, without damage. Utter disgrace. Business must be great if the only alternative is to offer no apology and refund items. Real shame as the chair was exactly what I wanted but because of David, a refund was the only option. I was apparently being difficult because the chair arrived damaged.
