Terrible service Bought the car day 1 , found the chassis is demage , no one answer in hot line , finally booked a check in wigan after 10 day. They take video and confirm the demage , but salford suggest me to take back to them to repair and arranged a fix one month later . After the fix , i still found the demage even the grass still here Then no more answer , just wait the 60days aftercare pass The photo is the car after fix

Superb service from Luis as he helped us with my Son's first car!!! He was friendly, very helpful, sending us car photos and videos on request prior to seeing the car, really nothing was too much trouble for him. On the day he was fabulous and sorted everything so we could come home that day with the car. Luis went above and beyond and I definitely recommend him and thank him so much for his help. Will definitely use Arnold Clark again, top notch from Luis from start to finish. Many thanks

Another car and again bad service. Selling us a car with electrical issues from day one. Have 2 years warranty, been in 3 times then advised to take it to VW as they don’t have the equipment to deal with it. Now have to pay for the cost at VW as they say the warranty is void as there is a aftermarket battery and now replaced, the faults still remain. Thank you very much Arnold clark for selling us a dangerous vehicle.
