I had a few lences fitted before in this shop and I have to say that this opticians are amazing! If you're looking for a good place to get tinted lenses (any lenses) -Artingstall is the best place! So many lenses colour options that you'll struggle to decide which one to choose! After picking up my pinkies a week after I came back to order different colour too ☺️ The quality of lenses is so much better than in those 'popular' glasses shops. The team is so very helpful when you visit them, they will talk you through with what's best options for you and help you to decide. I tried the pink prescription lenses to help me with light sensitivity and eye aches and I have to say that it helped me a lot! .... so don't wait just run to this opticians! You won't regret ❤️ Edit: I picked up my second pair with slightly more toned brown colours today and I love it! 🤩 Be careful people those tinted lenses are addictive and you will always want more colours to add to your collection😁

I have attended this practice for many years and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. Paul and the team go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Tests and results are clearly explained. My referral for lens replacement due to cataracts was handled efficiently and I was delighted with the outcome. Thank you all.

Excellent opticians... the best I've been to. Paul tested, diagnosed, prescribed and sorted onward referral on first visit! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I recently visited the optical shop to get my eyes tested. I was blown away by the professional but very personal service I received. I had the most efficient and comprehensive examination by the optometrist who reassured me that the floaters in my vision are not a major concern. I am booked next month for follow up and a sight testing. I am not surprised that Artingstall Opticians are in the top 3 rated opticians in Tameside, is a very well deserved rating.

I was referred to this service via my GP under the minor eye conditions scheme. I contacted them late afternoon and they were able to fit us in the following morning. The service was excellent and the optometrist was great with my little girl (age 2). They were able to quickly and efficiently assess her eye problem, provide a diagnosis and treatment plan and gave excellent advice and explanation throughout. Was very impressed and would definitely recommend their services.
