Tried to help with a lightbulb change 5 mins before closing and the staff were really helpful but they couldn’t find where to change it and quoted me £80 an hour - took it to my original garage where I bought it and it took 2 mins and was free - I suppose not every car is known to a mechanic but I googled it myself and found the answer.
