Been here a few times with both my car and my misses car, they have never done a very good job but I have just paid and left it at that. Today my misses asked me to go with here as they make her feel uneasy ( Says a lot ) After waiting around 10 minutes one of them came over and sprayed chemical all over the car, this will be TFR Traffic Film Remover, it should be diluted to the correct amount with water and should not be left on the paintwork to dry, if it is left it is like an acid and will start to damage the paint or the black trim you have on your windows between the doors, it makes the paint go flat and patchy. We could see the chemical drying on the windscreen and turning white so I asked them to get the lance and remove the chemical before it causes damage, they did not I got the lance and blasted it off myself. After another 10-15 minutes wait one of them sprayed another foam chemical over the car and one sponged the wheels partly, after waiting longer I complained about how they was just leaving the car so they blasted it off with the jet wash then asked me to pull forward and handed me an air freshener, with that he asked for £5. I said you have not even washed the car, the boss came over and said we have then shouted to another lad and asked have you washed this car who replied yes. I said they have not hand washed the car just blasted it off, the owner said just go I do not need your money, refused to finish washing the car. Absolute idiots, they do not even having COSH training and will spray chemicals on your car unaware of what damage they cause. There is only one who speaks English so I suspect most if not all are subject to working for less than minimum wage and are most likely not even suppose to work in UK. If you want your car damaged then take it here and pay them to use chemicals they are not trained to use on your beloved motor. Next time your there ask to see there cosh training records. I only went to these guys as I feel sorry for them and try to support them but not again

On quite a few occasions I've taken my car here to be washed and dried, once I've driven away and got back home still found soap in places where they haven't rinsed it properly, wheels still dirty and internal doors not wiped fully. Galaxy did a very good job before these took over.

Shocking service waiting for 40 minutes and my car wasn't even washed properly wouldn't recommend at all bad service all around.
