I cannot understand why this post office has such a poor star rating. The staff are always really helpful and polite - despite the rudeness of some customers - that I have witnessed on occaision. They work long hours and I for one am very glad of the service they provide.

There is a level of professionalism that should be expected from someone in a customer service position. After a courteous enquiry regarding my parcel, I was met with eye rolls, short and passive aggressive responses, it was nothing short of intimidating.

Useful local post office within a Tesco store. Staff seem pleasant enough but not exactly over friendly. Never seem to have to wait long to be served although it is very busy at times.

Stopped going here a long time ago for the post office, though still go to the Tesco. Had put a review on about how rude the staff had been previously but note the review had been shifted to another post office in Wythenshawe, where I have never been before. At that time, the staff tended to close up early and on a number of occasions, getting there 'just on time' meant the blinds were down and I was too late. Postmaster not interested in feedback, staff quite rude.
