I started working at Assist and Care 2 years ago. I am now working as part of the on call team. The company provide training every step of the way. The management team here are wonderful and very supportive. They are always on hand if any help be needed whether it is work related or personal. I have worked through the pandemic and it gives me great satisfaction knowing that i can make a difference in someones life. I also have a very good work/life balance due to the flexibility of my job role. If you a considering a career in the care sector i highly recommend Assist and Care.

After 12 years of working in care I was looking for a company that shared my passion, my ethos and ethics for caring. I then went for an interview at Assist and Care. The owners, a mother and daughter, were so warm, friendly and shared my passion for care. I knew instantly I had found my home. I have worked there for over 4 years now and have never looked back, it was the best decision I ever made. As a carer you are also cared for by the company as well as the lovely clients. You are treated like a member of the family not just another coq in the wheel. The company is all about quality of care not quantity and that is the true difference. I can never see myself working anywhere else.
