Can't fault them. Gave us advise on the best mattress for what we were looking for. The delivery guys were sound - they took it upstairs for us and removed our old one 👍

It's definitely not open for 7 days. It's Sunday, I'm standing in front of the store and it's closed. Also no one answers the phone. I called both numbers. Waste of time.
