As repeat customer, I went to shop to buy some handles ( which I bought it from the shop several times over the years ) , first they advised me it is not in the stock and we have to order it . Which is fine , however they ask me to pay £10 extra delivery charge to be delivered to the store unless I order a a lot , basically they are ask me to go to Amazon and order it from their cheaper and more convenient. What kind of business models they operate asking customer to do that . That’s very poor service

I came in the shop yesterday and was after a piece of solid wood to go on the top of my office desk, as the top of my desk was starting to look rather worn. I asked for some help and gave a member of staff the measurements, from start to finish the service was excellent showed me all the options I could choose from cut the wood to size there and then and even loaded it into my car for me very impressed would use again and recommend to others! Also price very reasonable, Many thanks
