Absolutely amazing experience. I am on a tight student budget and was skeptical on going for a private option but it was definitely worth the money. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I felt a big difference in my knee injury just a few minutes after the first session.

5 stars isn't a high enough review! I've been suffering with a very tight, clicky shoulder for a few years and a tight lower back. Chris pretty much sorted it all out in one visit, with a very patient and professional approach. Chris is clearly very knowledgeable and gave me some stretches and various exercises to do to help with what little tightness remains. Couldn't recommend highly enough and will be revisiting should any more tightness/muscle soreness return. Will.M

As a gym enthusiast and a lover of all things sports and training I have had to be treated for more injuries, pains and niggles that I can recount. Chris has always been able to help and offer great treatments and rehab programmes. Chris is very professional and a well rounded sports therapist. He also makes you feel at ease and is a truly knowledgeable, caring and empathic practitioner.

Chris has helped me on the road to recovery with a number of sports injuries. Always friendly and professional I feel like I’m in safe hands. As a personal trainer myself I’ve referred a number of clients to him, safe in the knowledge they’ll be back to doing what they enjoy in no time. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Christopher has treated me over the last few years always shown, great care and attention to aid my recovery from any injuries! His communication has been great and always been honest and upfront about recovery time! He’s the best person to go to in Manchester! Fantastic clinic, thank you for all the support over the years to keep me fit!
