All the staff we came into contact with were amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable and honest (a trait you don’t always find when buying a car!) We were welcomed at every visit and felt at ease; safe in the knowledge that we were being ‘looked after’. We had to wait a while for the new car to be delivered but we were kept informed with frequent updates. A big thank you to Simon & Lewis and, especially, Claire who was superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing service from the moment we walked through the doors. We were served by the manager Simon, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an amazing deal on exchanging our car and I can’t wait to pick up our new car later this week. This was our first time visiting BCC and will definitely be back in a few years when we want to trade in again. Thank you to Simon and all the other staff who helped us.

Being newish to the Hyundai family, our car went in for a service today at BCC Bury and what a pleasant experience. Being the person I am, I got there before 8am to drop off and pick up a courtesy vehicle and the whole experience was seamless and nothing was too much. Lovely friendly staff who are so helpful and go the extra mile. Thank you BCC Bury for an amazing first visit. We really appreciate great service!

I’ve recently purchased a Polo from BCC with the help of my advisor Lewis. Not only has he gone out his way to make this process easy for me but he has restored my faith in car dealerships! The other staff, including Charlotte made me feel welcome and answered all and every query. Can’t fault them, if in doubt..just go down and visit them. Thanks guys!
