Billy came out to me when my not even 4 yr old boiler had an intermittent fault that finally became a permanent fault. He gave me all the options and I opted for a new boiler. At all times he was knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I’m loving my new boiler. Billy was recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. I had a problem with my electric boiler after moving house. Called BMA & Billy came out the same day and found the fault to be a fuse on a PCB. The PCB came within 2 days, phoned Billy & he came out to fit a couple of hours after i received it and got the boiler up & running within 15 mins. Very efficient, very pleasant guy with a really good support network. I'd definitely use BMA again & highly recommend Billy

Excellent service from Billy. We stopped getting hot water, I went on Google, came across BMA, rang the number and Billy came out as quickly as he could and sorted our boiler. Professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend. Thanks Billy!

My boiler broke this morning and I thought I was going to have a cold weekend! Luckily I found Billys contact details on Google, and he agreed to call at the end of the day to see what the problem was. He had the part required in his van, fixed the problem efficiently and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend. Thank you Billy
