Just visited the mechanics today for a service on a BMW 320D 2021, 5 star rating as they’ve exceeded my expectations. Very professional and polite. Great experience will return and recommend this garage!!

Called in 4 times for the same job, which almost caused an accident on the motorway! 2 of these times I had to take time off work to drop the car off, only to be called back an hour later to pick my car up as they ordered the wrong part. I had already paid for the job the first time which didn't fix the issue, I complained and was told I wouldn't pay labour again and the part would cost an X amount. When the job was done, I was asked to pay 2x that agreed amount! Not once before doing the job. When asked why, they said sorry we THOUGHT it will cost that much. On top of that, the level of professionalism is such that they said if I don't pay double the agreed amount, they will just remove the part. Customer service and consideration for the customers time and money is non-existent here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fantastic service, repaired my car very rapidly. My car had misfire due to a bad injector which needed replacing and coding. The car was fixed and running smoothly very promptly. They charged a very fair price for the job. I will certainly return for any future work on my BMW
