Great service and a great selection. We were able to demo the machine we were interested in and given expert detail on all available options. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and courteous. They have a service department and a wide range of sewing machines and materials. We will be going back for project materials and services as and when needed. We need more independent retailers like this.

I rang yesterday regarding the needle threader on my Janome 9450, Bambers put a new threader in the post first class, it arrived the next morning and the machine is as good as new again, the service I received was absolutely faultless from the receptionist to the service engineer who did me video on how to change the needle threader, what fantastic after sales service from a very trusted trader. Thank you very much.
