What an amazing kennels, can't stop smiling. We boarded both our Shar-Pei's Chewie and Leia. This was their first time and I was so nervous, they are a difficult breed to say the least. Leia is also our latest rescue, she still suffers anxiety due to her awful past. But wow did not have anything to worry about, they looked amazing, waggy tails and looked like they had a real doggy holiday. Josh, Stewart and all the staff have a genuine love for Animals, it makes me smile. I would definitely recommend this amazing kennel. They will be visiting regular now, a great way of socialising. Thank you all from my ❤️

My dogs first time staying here for a week. They have only ever been in kennels once before. They had walks daily, were looked after really well, had lots of attention and both dogs very happy and settled in well, I received updates and photos of them out on walks, both Josh & Stu were very accommodating and understanding... They have a genuine love of animals, and I would definitely recommend the kennels. Both my dogs came back happy and in good health. Thank you!

Right from the start josh and Stuart were brilliant. Both of my dogs got on well with them immediately. The yard was clean, smelled fresh and was secure. I had 2 very happy dogs when I went to collect them and ontop of all of this josh and Stuart have been very understanding during quite a difficult and complex time, providing much needed flexibility and reassurance. I couldn't rate them any more highly. This was my first time using them but it certainly won't be the last.

Just picked Eric up from his stay here - he attends regularly and is always well looked after. Eric always seems happy to go in and I wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else! Josh and Stuart are friendly and professional and I have recently met Gina to who is also part of the team! Kennels and site is always clean smelling, and tidy. They ensure Eric has his medication each day, and he always comes back looking like he did the day we dropped him off. Eric will look forward to seeing you all again soon ♥️ 🐾

Josh was so friendly and helpful on the phone. I was very upset when we dropped our dog off but I felt at ease and didn’t worry. I can’t recommend these kennels though because of our experience when we collected our dog. When we picked our dog up, the staff member didn’t check our details to verify which dog we were collecting. She went to get him from the kennels and shortly afterwards a big unknown dog came bounding towards me and my family. The staff member came out saying “sorry, don’t know how he got out”. This worried me but I looked past it. Not long after this dog was put back in the kennels, the lady brought out a dog and said “do you want him washing before you take him home?” She’d brought out the wrong dog. I then had to show her a photo of my dog and she went back to retrieve him, only to come out a few minutes later asking to see another photo as she couldn’t find him. When my dog eventually came out, he was very excited to see us and seemed ok. They’d lost his bed and his toys and also brought out the wrong food but I didn’t mind as I was happy to see my dog. I think, looking back, that they were giving my dog’s food to another dog and feeding mine the wrong food as his bowel movements still haven’t been normal or healthy since we got back 4 days ago. I’m worried, however, as my dog has been limping since we got him home. We didn’t notice this when we collected him but he can’t put weight on one of his paws and the kennels didn’t mention anything about an injury. We’re having to take him to the vets now as he is obviously in pain. I hate leaving bad reviews and wouldn’t normally do so if it was a hotel or restaurant but I would not recommend these kennels and I think it’s important that your dog goes to somewhere where you can rest assured that he will come back uninjured, with their belongings and well fed.
