Shockingly bad customer service today (Saturday the 3rd of Dec), from the lady behind the counter. She had zero patience only had to deal with me and one other person in the shop but was stressed out because i wanted to return an item.I've worked in customer service for over 28 years and being helpful and polite and not passive aggressive and unhelpful is the core principles in this type of job, unfortunately this lady today and other times I've visited had none!

Guy managing the shop decided to close 45 minutes early (4:45 instead of 17:30) and treated us incredibly rudely when we asked to quickly see the shop. He was on the phone telling someone he'd be there as soon as possible, so I guess he planned to leave early and took it out on us. In the end it wasn't worth the hassle: not much of a selection of anything.

Exceptionally rude staff who ignore customers and look/speak to people like dirt. One staff member almost damaged something I had just purchased, and didn't apologise. No bag was offered for my purchase on a rainy day so if you visit and buy something, make sure you bring your own. You may have to ask and one will be provided but after the way staff reacted with me on both occasions I didn't want to. Prices aren't exactly cheap, I know its for charity but the prices of some items are nearly the same as they would cost when bought new. Its a shop I've visited twice and will make sure I never return unless the staff are replaced with helpful and friendly people. Other stores (such as Urmston Town centre's) have very friendly members of staff, its just this particular one where the staff are rude. The staff here need to dismount from their high horses, this area isn't Windsor. This seems to be a recurring issue at this particular store as other reviewers have mentioned the same issue.

Shop is small. I've brought a number of clothes and household items. Staff are friendly. Great prices.
