The team at Belvoir Ashton have all been amazing, friendly and quick to respond, I reported repairs on a Monday and within the same week they were completed.

Shocking ways of dealing with tenants, you ask them (with receipt) to pay you back on a job you had to do out of pocket and they refuse to acknowledge the issue therefore you’re forced to call them continuously for feedback! Cowboys

Horrible experience. After waiting for 2 weeks for an email response, i called at quarter to 5 to arrange a viewing just to be told "ive switched my computer off and we finish at 5 so you'll need to call tomorrow" and then a quick bye and put the phone down in my ear as i was asking if she could write my details down. then rented by another company as i had obviously not called back after that. i had then, yesterday started house hunting again, and decided it could have possibly only been one bad experience and so inquired about another 2 properties. I got a very abrupt and rude call, especially rude when i said i work full time and cannot view at 10am. i had asked if there were evening and weekend viewings to which i got the reply of (its not listed for weekends and i only work until 5 so it will have to go to someone else". how horrible. i then got an email response regarding the other property with just the phrase "you working?" how unprofessional from someone ive never even spoken to before! if your service while just looking for a property is this bad, i cant imagine how horrible the renting must be. i have to give 1 star at the least, but if i could i would give a negative amount. horrible, horrible horrible.

Everyone at Belvoir are extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the entire buy/let process, from first contact all the way through to signing the contracts. I would highly recommend Belvoir to all who are looking to buy, sell or let property in the Manchester and Tameside areas. I have been working with the supportive team now for a number of years on my property portfolio, they have always given me all the information and support I need and then some. I am constantly passing their contact details onto my friends, family and colleagues for buying, selling and renting services. 5 star!

Good service until the minute you sign your tenancy, then they couldn't care less about your wellbeing. Rats, fleas, broken fixtures, unlockable external doors and all they do is get defensive and blame everyone else. Just like every other letting agent.
