Unfortunately Post office at unsworth are using staff not fully trained.This has resulted twice in quick succession that the bar code for tracked return postage has been inputted manually and both times wrongly inputted.This means my item cannot now be tracked and as such my refund are not issued .It creates a lot of problems due to pure negligence on post office staff. They should be fully trained before let lose in general public as they are responsible for correct return procedure which is not happening.
