I thought the quote was a good price and now I know why… A man came round twice to measure the windows, and they still weren’t the correct size when it came to the instillation. After being told the new blinds would be ready in 2-3 weeks, I found myself waiting around 6-7 weeks with no explanation why they took so long. Couldn’t get through to them during that period and when I did they seemed completely disinterested. Awful service. Pay a little more for better quality blinds and service elsewhere.

Really disappointed!! I had my window measured and was really happy with the guy (Andy maybe) and the quote was the cheapest I'd had. I ordered the blinds and was told 2-3 weeks delivery. However, since then I have phoned, emailed, sent a message through Facebook Messenger (which was read!) and messaged through the Blinds Direct website. I have been completely ignored. No phone call returned. No communication whatsoever so now that it's past the 3 weeks timeline I am guessing they do not want my custom so I have phoned, emailed and messaged to confirm that my order is now cancelled. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have now ordered from elsewhere!! Do not waste your time like I did!!

I've had many blinds beautifully fitted by Andy. Customer service and blinds are fantastic. I can't rate them high enough.

The blinds are nice good quality, and you will not find cheaper in stockport. However the customer service I experienced was one of the worst I have experienced. I waited in twice for Andy to come and fit my blinds, never showed up and not even a phone call to advise. When he finally did show up he was an hour late with no apology for the lateness or any of the previous no shows. If it wasn't for the cheap quote, I wouldn't have waited 2 months on these blinds after being consistently messed around. I understand completely with COVID it may take longer for suppliers to get the goods, but please have the courtesy to keep your customers informed.
