Used Blindz recently for two roller blinds, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom. Excellent choice super service. Came when they said to measure and then to install. Perfect job done, no hassle and the nonsense very competitive. Super staff really helpful. Highly recommended.

Absolute shambles - don’t bother Measured once, lost measurements, came back measure again, weeks later than promised came and fitted blinds, one was 100mm to narrow…. After measuring twice…. Weeks later turned up with correct size blind, in different colour to original blind. Rang to discuss my complaint, director too busy to ring me back for last 6 weeks. Paid 100% in November, still waiting for job to completed mid March

Martin and Lewis have been very professional. They called me prior to coming to my house to inform they were on their way and how long they may take to arrive. This gave me opportunity to prepare and be ready for when they arrive. They both have been polite, warm and pleasant on interaction. They fitted the blinds well as expected and l’m pleased to know that it’s 12 months guarantee on all the blinds. I would definitely recommend other people to order from blindz.

I'd been needing my blinds sorting for a long time but wasn't sure who to use. I got a leaflet through the door for Blindz and gave them a call. The customer service was great, my free quote was arranged and the fitter called before arrival. He was professional and easy to deal with and there was no pressure on me to order nor was i pushed towards anything really expensive. I went ahead with an order. I got advised it would be up to 2 weeks before the blinds were made and could be fitted but told i'd receive a call to update before anyone turns up. I received a call within good time, the fitter was booked in to complete the job. Damien was assigned to fitting my blinds. He arrived on time, called me with 20 minutes notice to allow me to get home from work and he was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and would highly recommend Blindz to anyone. Thank you Blindz for making the whole process easy and quick. Louise was really helpful and friendly and the turnaround was as they said, very quick. Blindz kindly gave extra vertical blind slats for each window I'd purchased for and some extra weights for free, going the extra mile. I was happy with the price too. Hassle free, local friendly service that is great value for money. Would happily use them again.
