The UK remains in the containment phase of tracing coronavirus cases to prevent it spreading in the community. Unity Homes Limited are committed to ensuring that we keep all our residents, patients and staff as safe as possible and as a preventative measure we are asking visitors, including family members and friends, to minimise visits to our care homes until further notice. Therefore we are asking you to restrict your visits to a minimum in order to keep your loved ones, and all our other residents, as safe as possible. We have not taken this decision lightly, and appreciate that this may cause some discomfort, but feel that this is a necessary step to take. If there is a situation that requires a non-routine visit we would ask that you discuss this with the General Manager of the home/Director of the hospital to ensure that the appropriate precautionary measures are taken to limit any potential risk.

In addition, we are limiting visits overall, and visits from the local community and external entertainment are cancelled for the foreseeable future. Our staff will do all they can to ensure that life in our services remains as comfortable and sociable as possible. We will still ensure that vital medical visits are made, and will be sure that only visitors who are not displaying symptoms come in, and that they wash their hands on entering.

We would really appreciate your support with these measures, and please be reassured that we are closely following and complying with the Public Health authorities to ensure that we keep our residents and patients safe, and that our staff are supported to continue to deliver great care. In the unfortunate situation that we do have a case in one of our homes or hospitals we will need to stop all visiting completely and will inform you accordingly.

If you have any questions about whether you should visit the home then please speak directly with the relevant home’s Manager who will be happy to address your concerns. We shall of course keep you fully updated with any new developments should they arise.

I have nothing but positive experiences of Bluebell Court. My mum Shirley has received excellent care - everyone I have come into contact with since my mum has been resident have been lovely - I am confident that my mum is in safe hands and that really makes all the difference. I can only thank the staff and management for the peace of mind this gives us as a family.

My lovely mum has been at Bluebell court since 2016, I can only praise the whole team. They have always gone above and beyond their duties, always understanding the needs and emotions of both the residents and their families. At this current time they are making every effort to support the rights of the residents to be able to have close contact visits through rapid testing. Thank you to all of the amazing staff at Bluebell. Love from Debbie and my mum Shirley xx

We the Royale Health Care Pvt Ltd is an Agency providing Health Care Staff to various Care homes in the North West. We have been dealing with many mega care service providers since last few years. There is an untold number of care providers in the country, some are exemplary, some are good and some are not quite as good In our opinion Bluebell Nursing home is one of the outstanding care service provider in the North West The credit goes to the excellent management and outstanding staff who has the willingness to go extra mile with the residents and their family. For the management, the service user is the prime focus. Unity in diversity is another excellent feature of this institution. Accommodating staff from various culture and languages and bringing them to a unique style of service with utmost satisfaction for all the beneficiaries of their service. First class care in a safe and secure environment where the staff are outstanding and led by an excellent leadership team. Continually looking for ways to improve the service and investing in the environment and facilities.

Blue bell I have was shocked to experienced such worse behaviour from the worse manger named “SINDU” the residents are being abused by the carers in BLUE BELL Carer named “ALLEN” abused a resident and denied that he didn’t do anything. When reported to the manger she just brushed it off blaming on the residents behaviour named ‘Dorothy Thornton’( she was pushed against the wall and hit her head hard which badly bruised her head and her clothes were also ripped) Many residents are being abused by the carers in blue bell but as the manager and the staff are from same country they contradict the information and get away with it. Also all the staff there speak in their regional language and more over the husband of the lady SINDHU works there ( I believe family members are not allowed to work at the same work place no matter how big your position is, as it’s clearly misusing of the power) and he doesn’t even speak proper English and most of their staff I strongly believe that the management should be changed for this care home if not then residents regardless of paying lots of money are not getting the respect and care they should be receiving.

Poor experience. Mum spent 28 days in there. Left with bruises and broken arm. After other services failed to respond quick enough the evidence was inconclusive and contradicting. Witness abuse myself and reported. Obviously I don’t know the outcome of that as it was not my relative. Disgrace. Mortified I subjected my mum to that abuse.
