I have worked at Bluebird care since January. I absolutely love my job, the staff are approachable and supportive, and I enjoy my time spent with our lovely clients. It is a very rewarding job. Bluebird have been fantastic with their flexibility, which I am greatly appreciative of. Bluebird offered lots of shadowing shifts until I felt comfortable to work alone, another plus! The training Bluebird provides is thorough, and I have expanded my knowledge on completing my training. I’m proud to work for such a great care company.

I have worked for Bluebird for a couple of weeks now, I've enjoyed every moment of it from the minute i went for the interview to where i am now. I feel very supported and welcomed onto the team. I have had skilled Bluebird workers that i have been shadowing and they have taught me some very important skills and how to get to know each individual separately. Although my time at Bluebird has been short and i am only just beginning, i can already see i have chose the right company to work for and it is full of amazing and skilled carers. I cant wait to experience more to come at Bluebird.

I started out my career with Bluebird as a carer working mostly with the children customers. I was given lots of training and was really supported by the team as a whole. This has led to me working my way up to a supervisor of the children’s team! I work with a fantastic office and management team and our carers are amazing. This really is more than a job to me, this is my Bluebird family. I am currently studying a degree in health and social care and bluebird have been really supportive of this too.

I have worked for Bluebird Care Trafford for 5 years. I have been supported throughout the years to grow and progress my role within the office. Since September 2022, we have been under new management and owners and this week is our 6 month anniversary! The last 6 months have flown by! I can honestly say the support is amazing and genuine. It really makes a difference working for a company who have a passion for taking care of its staff and promoting a positive working culture
