Hired to solve problem leak, advised roof needed replaced. When job was completed, it looked aesthetically worst AND the leak was still not fixed. Multiple visits and attempted fixes and problem was still not solved. No attempt to agree that roof looks a mess. Stated new lead was used when you can clearly see the old was reused, large amounts of silicone filler used as attempted quick fix. Advised by citizens advice we had a case, requested refund but were refused. We don’t have the means or time to take to small claims. AVOID.

Used Bob and his team to replace my roof, gutters, fascias, etc. Very happy with the work and professionalism shown. Competitive price and quality work provided. The quality of work undertaken was noticed by neighbours who also used Bob and his team for work on their properties so it speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend and will use again! Had a re -roof done by Bob and his work lads. Done the job upto high standards. Very polite and honest man. My garden was left spotless when they finished the work. He cleaned the back gutters free of charge. Would highly recommend him to my family and friends. .
