As I’m going away on a work function I decided to treat myself to a new suite from bass was well looked after and they even altered it the staff wear really helpful and friendly which is always a big plus. I collected to suite today and it fitted perfect and left to collect a rented tuxedo from the shop next door. I went back in to boss after my rented tuxedo did not fit. The shop assistant was quick to act and in just over a hour I had bought a new tuxedo and they had had it tailored ready for me to take away tomorrow. Some of the best service I have had and would definitely recommend you to ask for Mo he moved mountains for me today!! THANK YOU!!

Bought two suits, asked if they were ready which I was told they are, went trafford center with my green code and the adjustments still havnt been made. The service was decent hence why I havnt given one star, nothing special wasn't offered water or anything even though I spent 3k. Couple of there incidents happened which I don't want to discuss as it would easily identify me, and I like shopping at hugo boss.

The manger has no respect and doesn't know how to speak to customers I've been a hugo boss customer for over 25 years I think he was racist as spoke well with others but spoke like he had no time for me.

I’ve bought quite a few clothes from this store and always been looked after by the staff, I went in during the start of the sales to look for a jacket, I approached a member of staff called Marcus (the tall one) who had a look for my size, they didn’t have it in store but had one at the store in Selfridges, he offered us a drink and said he’s go and get it for me which he did, Marcus went above and beyond what I expected and it was great to receive such great customer service, I had my son in the store with us who is autistic and really struggles with anxiety in busy shops and doesn’t like to feel pressured when looking for anything, I have to say it was the least anxious I’ve seen him in a shop, all the staff were great with him and really made him feel at ease. Great store, great staff and top quality clothes
