Bourne House Residential Home is absolutely vile! The owner Lynn not one compassionate bone in her body!! Ring to see when they are letting children in they are not under 10 which is fair enough we have sit out in the garden so I ask will there be any shelter or warmth to be told no we will put a coat on my grandma and a blanket! 88 year old lady expected to sit out in this weather! I then asked will anything be sorted more suitable in the future with the response can’t you leave the child at home and basically it’s not their problem!! Absolutely fuming!! Attitude on her is absolutely disgusting!

Cannot thank Lynne, Karen and all the staff enough for all the care and attention my brother receives. This is a genuine home from home environment. I would not dream of taking my brother out of here. He is happy, well fed, very well looked after and safe. Thank you ladies. You are Angels

Our Mum has been at Bourne House now for 12 months ....... I can not fault the care she receives. Their are always plenty of staff around to keep a close eye on her due to the fact that she thinks she can still do cartwheels and backflips 😊 joking apart Mum is very unsteady on her feet, has Parkinson’s Diseases and Dementia. It has not been an easy journey but my Brother and I have much more peace of mind knowing she is cared for at Bourne House. It’s a proper family atmosphere. The staff and management are lovely 😍.
