Took a faulty sander back after 12 days of use to be told. I'm not exchanging it because it's got a dirty plug, it had over spray white paint on it paint a small amount. Avoid paint when buying power tools you're warranty will be void

We bought a fireplace & surround 20 days ago through B&Q's official website and it was delivered on time on the day within the 7 days, we opened the box and it was broke at the base, phoned customer services and was told we would receive a phone call within 3 days, 4 days later no phone call so phoned back, was then told we would receive a call within 24 hours, that never arrived, so we phoned back three days later and was then told another 24 hours and it's been marked as urgent ( we had also sent an email prior with photos of the damage ) still received no phone call back so again two days later we again live chatted and was again asked for photos again. In the end my husband had had enough and rang the local branch and spoke to Ash, who immediately said come down and we can give you a refund, simple and quick how it should be so thank you ash for finally sorting this nightmare out & B&Q CEO's take note that's how you do it simple !

FantasticO!!! Small (just right sized as not alot of space really outdoors just outside of my door where I am sheltered If it starts to rain too!!! ) garden furniture easily affordable a folding 'deck'chsir with a seat pad And a great little folding table too which can be easily wiped down after every use!!! Can now sit out comfortably this summer or indeed whenever (even Id raining!!!) Thank you B&Q!!! 🌻🦋🌼😎🐝👍🐝😊

This store is great for DIY and Trade purposes, I called in today for a few DIY essentials and everything I needed was in store, customer service is friendly and helpful too. Also if you join as a Free B&Q member they email you a welcome voucher for £5 off when you spend £30* and money off vouchers and 10% off every Wednesday for over 60's The store is fully accessible and there is a cafe and large car park.

Tried asking for help from multiple members of staff but to no avail, staff members were chatting together in the back corner. Asked for help from one member he says non of us are builders so we dont know. Same thing been happening for long time according to the other reviews.
