Our office orders weekly sometimes more from the Northenden shop. Always quick delivery still warm and all the office agree it’s the best breakfast around - delicious 👌

Hi I order from you every single day I pay more than I should to order from Uber eats even though I know that’s Uber and not your shop but I do it because I like ordering from you. After ordering for months now today I had issues with Uber eats driver who wasn’t going to the shop and I had to cancel my order and got charge for it then had to place another order. When I called to speak to a manager just to get help from you the lady said the manager is at home didn’t try to help me and put the phone down on me. Honestly it’s not great service at all. If you went to get in contact with me please do so I’d be happy to explain further as I really dont want to call again and be disrespected by putting the phone down when all I wanted was some help after having so much issues this morning. Regardless if Uber is separate you’re still working with them and should try and help your customer especially as it says contact the shop. I’m really upset over this and don’t know if I’ll continue ordering from you. Thanks

Not enough words to describe how grateful I am they deliver, food is hot, it is tasty, delivery is fast, presentation spot on, and they always go that little bit extra to give that extra special service.

As far as sandwich shops go this is way up there at the top. Staff all know what they are doing and are very friendly. Sandwiches are all top notch, I’d recommend the steak with mushroom and onions but I add an egg aswell.
