Simon fitted ambient strip lighting, extra sockets and a multi phase colour ceiling light with speaker in my therapy room.. Also for added security, Simon fitted a wi-fi alarm and external security box. From the first initial phone call, the staff were extremely helpful and the work was outstanding and Simon even made sure that my clinic room was clean and ready to go. Attention to detail 10/10. Thank you Simon and Broadoak Electrical.

What shame I was very hopeful just looking at the reviews. Firstly they arrived two hours late without any communication or apologies They failed to complete all work agreed upon (fuse boiler and a double plug socket installed). Was told he would come back over the weekend to do the plug socket. Next day received a very rude phonecall from a lady in the office demanding we pay for the boiler fuse before she would book us in for the plug. tried to explain that we booked as a one day job in a single quote it's was not our fault he turn up two hours late. We never said we would not pay just wanted the job completing,this was less than 24 hours after the electrician has left out home. The woman on the phone spoke to my husband like garbage. She even threatened to send a letter for the money 😂. Also explained that one of our lights had stopped working since the electrician had left. "Ye that wouldn't have been our electrician" was the response even tho he was working in the room nextdoor and the light was perfectly fine beforehand. Overall I would avoid this company like the plague.. waste of time no customer service whatsoever. Reply to to reply we have spoken to you several times today this is precisely the problem your attitude towards customers and blatantly lies you did not contact us on the day and we were told 11 am he arrived at 13.15.. We are asking for advice regarding the light and we're shout down by the rude lady who answered the phone. Our main problem was not with the electrician himself but lack of customer service and the way we were spoken to on the phone

I was very happy with the service Broadoak provided. It was very hassle free and whenever I e-mail or call, Jess is very prompt in getting back to me. The electrician are also very punctual, competent and knowledgeable. They don't waste time in getting the work finished. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Had a full rewire done.simon advised us all the way. His team were brilliant very professional trustworthy and reliable.nothing was too much trouble .would highly recommend this company
