Brunswich village. Hey before i proceed a quick reminder. Im not paid for writing these reviews i just like to be informative and to be helpfull. Until about 12 months or so ago this block of flats on Brunswich st Manchester was just another one of the seemingly endless building sites popping up around our beloved city. However one of my good friends was fortunate enough to have been on the waiting list and then was offered an appartment within said complex. Having paid him a couple of visits at his new apartment i have to say wow its nice and cosy, spacious, clean, and the whole complex is not in the clouds eighther. Its high enough to provide a decent view but you dont need a parachute. Nice size rooms, seperate kitchen which incorporates the living room, hallway, Shower room, single bedroom, and double bedroom. The place is sorted. Decent heating and fair size windows too. Theres a reasonable outdoor car park which is fenced off and intercom controlled. also controlled by intercom is each of the apartments by their number. Access to each floor is by lift or stairs. I understand there is a library available and the apartments apparently are designated for the over 50s. Outdoor garden style tables and chairs are provided from my observation on the enclosed groundfloor and also on an upper floor outdoor end balcany. Sorted..Thanks for reading....

Brunswick village is a new apartment complex for over 55s. Apartments are beautiful and spacious. There is a cafe and beauty salon for the residents and a library for the public. The staff are brilliant and friendly. Also have an onsite handy man.

Would get 5 stars if heating was working correctly and all meters were read before tenants moved in. I'm sure work men's electric use has been paid by tenants.

Lovely place, my mum loved it, with age uk day care. Staff are all lovely. Great activities. Totally impressed. Great facilities and relaxed atmosphere.
