FANTASTIC JOB! Thanks to Henry and Dave who had done a 5* job in replacing our living room and bedroom windows today. From the minute they arrived they both worked so hard to take out the old windows and replace the new to such a high standard of workmanship. The windows look absolutely fantastic and make such a difference. The job is 100% a job well done. I would definitely recommend this company. The service received from Paul coming to price up the job, to Henry confirming fitting date, to the windows being fitted was a top job. I have spoken to Charlotte and Marcus today to tell them how delighted I am. A good job deserves recognition. Thank you once again from 'a very happy customer'

Went with Buffalo after Mark came out to price the job up. We were very impressed with his attitude when he stressed how important he felt it was to do a good job. We did find cheaper quotes but decided to go with him as he convinced us customer satisfaction was a key factor in his business and he came across as an honest genuine guy. To be fair the fitting service was great. The issue came when our front door started to stick. We phoned Mark and to say his promises proved to be empty is an understatement. Accepted no liability for the poor quality of the door and completely fobbed us off with a number of paper thin excuses and then suggested we got a locksmith he could recommend. When it was pointed out to him that he made made certain guarantees and the door he had replaced was a cheaper brand door and had outlasted his "better product" he basically absolved himself of any responsibility. What is especially annoying is that we paid more for the customer service and quality he promotes over companies such as Safestyle- my mum bought a door for a great deal less than we paid. She had exactly the same issue, she phoned Safestyle to complain and they just sent somebody out and fixed it in under 24 hours. Pay attention Mark- that is genuinely a good job with customer satisfaction. We're having to buy yet another new door. Not in the slightest bit happy.

Henry & Dave arrived on time and never stopped from start to finish. These two men are a credit to Buffalo and mainly to themselves, they performed their work so dedicated and professional, ( a perfect team) They left nothing to chance it had to be perfect and on completion the whole installation and site was left spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend these two men and Buffalo for their fantastic service they all gave.

Came across Buffalo after they’d done some work on the next door neighbours house. We called in Marcus to do some quotes on some new doors, windows and bringing in a disused French patio door. The prices he came in with were on par with the the other quotes, but we felt his professionalism stood above the other companies. His team started right on time and were finished quicker than they projected. The lads were friendly professional and importantly too they were clean and ensured everything was tidied up as they went along. We’ll be getting Buffalo in to do some more work in the new year. Great job lads 👏🏼

Lovely doors and windows. House feels a lot warmer and much more secure now. The fitters were quick and efficient and most importantly cleaned up fully after themselves. The large bathroom window unit (2.5 metres +) cracked on installation but was replaced free of charge the following day). Lovely people to deal with. Thank you Marcus Angela Henry and Dave.
