Making a booking
Once you have contacted us to see if your required date is available we can hold a provisional booking free of charge for a period of 14 days.
A booking form shall be sent to you and is to be completed and returned within the 14 days along with a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £100.
If you are booking a Saturday or a wedding reception an additional non-refundable £400 deposit is required 12 months prior to the function (bringing the total deposit to £500). If the booking is less than 12 months before the function, £100 secures the booking but the additional £400.00 is to be paid within 28 days of receipt of the initial £100 deposit.
The balance of the hire charge together with 100% of the anticipated catering charges is to be paid no later than 28 days before the date of the function.

Had my 70th birthday party there, with about 100 guests. The staff were great, as was the served buffet. The whole process, from visiting to booking and delivery, was smooth, professional and friendly. They even had a security guard outside, welcoming my guests and keeping them safe. Highly recommended!

We hired the Hall to host our our event as we do each year. The Hall is very nice with a huge space with plenty of chairs. Parking can be difficult if a lot of people are coming so arrive early. The entrance to use is off Weaste Lane as the other entrance via Eccles Old Rd is blocked off due to construction.

Had a great Christmas party in Buille hill function rooms. Never been there before. Nice size room, 12 tables set out beautifully. The bar was well stocked and well staffed. The menu we choose was £35. It was a choice of starter, main and dessert then mince pie, tea/coffee. It was Silver service . There was a DJ playing dance music it was great. I would recommend this function room for any private function as well as public events. There was car park facilities and it catered for disabled people. Thanks for a lovely evening. Regards Sue

On Friday 8th December a large group of ladies from our knitting & crochet group went here for our Christmas lunch. What a fabulous time we had, great food & service from friendly staff, lovely table & room setting also. Great entertainment which several of us got up and danced to, we all had a great afternoon and are looking forward to next year already.

I should have wrote this review earlier as it has been 3 years since our wedding there but after hearing about a disastrous wedding experience that cost thousands of pounds over the weekend I need to write this. Our wedding at Buile hill was amazing, they couldn’t of made the day any more special, Simon the wedding planner was superb! He was on top of he’s game, bubbly, efficient, he was everywhere at once making sure the day ran like clockwork. The food was lovely the service was great, every one of our guests commented on how the day flowed without any waiting around bits that you sometimes get at weddings! Perfect day! Highly recommend
