From the beginning I have been very impressed with the service your company provides and if things do go wrong unfortunately I know I can call your company and it will be rectified as quickly as possible.
If there is a problem and I am told I will get a call from an engineer to assist me I am glad this is done always and within good time.

Ross, Julie and all the team at Burgess Security are amazing at what they do. They regularly check our alarm system and have been so quick to respond to changes we've needed, e.g. when we got a kitten, Ross came and changed all our motion detectors within a day of requesting his help. It is so handy that they are locally based. Highly recommend.
