Burton James are headed up by David Warburton ably supported by a superb team of experienced property professionals. I first met David when he acted on my behalf when successfully marketing and selling a residential development project in Bolton. Since then David has acted on my behalf in selling both high value residentials and investment property. Throughout what becomes apparent is his honesty, integrity and meticulous attention to detail. We recently moved house with Burton James and we were very pleased with the help and advice that they offered. David organised the photography and videos which were of excellent standard and showed the house off to its full potential. Jamie and Kate organised the viewings which were always at our convenience and ultimately resulted in a quick sale. Kate was our main contact throughout the sale and she kept us up to date at every stage. Extremely friendly, professional and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. Kate even asked us what property we were looking for and she found the house that we are now living in. We can highly recommend Burton James.
