To me, it is one of the best branches of Nero’s in the country. All the baristas here are decent and make tasty coffee and also very friendly. The menu was taken on 13 Apr 2024. Quiet, nice and cozy ambience. There are also four or five tables outside at the front and a couple more tables at the back. There are a few pay-at-machine parking spaces just outside the cafe and also two or three (non-free) parking lots around. (Browncross Street Car park is an expensive place and you might want to use Si P Spaw Street Arches Car park which is much cheaper. However, it is not so obvious where the boundary lies between the two car parks so watch out for it as there seem to be many people who got fined for wrong parking there.)

First time here . I am one of the nicest people you can meet . I went in to order a double espresso. Small queue . I never answer the phone when I am at counter . I had an urgent call . I had to answer it so I stepped away for a few yards he embarrassed Me for asking me to pay infront of everyone. Customer service he could have said I will charge these first then you when finished phone call . He give me horrible looks . So I paid for my coffee then asked can you put my point on the app they said no and give me a card . The guy answered with out looking at me with his back towards me and said next time you come in I will transfer it . I catch the train every night I was going to come here every night ! Not in a million years ! This is the one of worst reviews I have ever given ! Nero is my favourite coffee as well !

What a top class Nero this is - probably the best one in Manchester / Salford City centre. So clean and spacious with all sorts of seating arrangements. The Pistachio & Chocolate Mousse Cake was top drawer.

What a delightful branch of Nero. This is a terrific find. Clean, with reasonable furnishings. The ambience is pleasant even with the volume of people there. I would love to revisit late in the day. It is close enough the the city centre, yet nestled just far enough from Deansgate to offer respite and a time out from the Hustle and Bustle of the city. I would highly recommend the location for a group meet, or a quiet get together. Parking is just a short walk around the corner. When next in the city, I will make a point of stopping by again. Certainly one of the better Neros in the chain I have visited.

I eat vegan and was very pleased with this place. Very nice women behind the counter, had a nice chat and the vegan porridge and cappuccino were also nice. I’ll come back.
