Yesterday, my friend purchased a cake. While the cake itself was delicious, we were disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite requesting a different flavor of cake that we saw in the back fridge, the staff initially refused. Eventually, after 30 minutes, they did bring out the desired cake but then declined to provide a bag for the purchase. Improved communication and service consistency would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I would have rated 0 if I could. The customer service was appalling, I’m paying for my food and the lady kept pushing me to complete my order. She made my day bad and completely ruined a special day for me. The cupcake was completely inedible, as I think they were there for many days and the piece cakes were underbaked. Absolutely horrible and a waste of £41.

I'm so disappointed 😞 all cakes are looking so good. However, all tastes the same, no flavour, just all decorations taste different. I'm not recording the place at all. And persone behinds the couner looks like is there as a ponishment.
