Avoid at all costs. The so called care provided was so poor, when one of the so called carers was caught abusing a very poorly man a complaint was raised and the response from the company only came after numerous calls and emails .The response was weak and highlighted the palpable indifference to the vulnerable people that rely on them. The motivation behind this company appears not to be care compassion or empathy but money.

1 star is too many. Words can’t describe my disappointment with the way this local company is managed at local level. At least the CEO acknowledged a level of inadequacy and offered apologies. Ps - the two ‘5 star’ reviews on here are from Calderdale employees one being the manager 🤦🏻‍♂️ ….just shows the level of dishonesty you’re up against.

They do not care about the staff, change rotas at last minute and don't tell you. Don't give you enough time to get to your calls and still expect you to be on time. They have no proper knowledge of where they are sending people on a route and have the careers back tracking all over the place. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

There's only a certain few at calderdale that are really there for the ones they care for. From what I've seen they don't do what you pay them for. One logs in for 2 hours the office changed it to ten minutes I'm there I know what carers do and how long. Calderdale carers well
