I used David at Carley Daines when we were building our extension. I wanted a vaulted roof and the architect hadn’t put very much detail on the drawings. David came to site, started from scratch with a plan to give me exactly what I wanted it to look like. As I project managed the build myself and I am far from a builder, David explained everything in simple terms so I could fully understand what was needed and could make sure the bricklayer / steel guys and roofer did everything right. I would highly recommend David to anyone. Great service, value for money and a professional company.

Contacted Carley Daines in a panic a week before our house sale completion date. Purchasers required an engineer’s report for some alterations. Cannot fault the prompt efficient service. We received the report within 24 hours and our sale proceeded as planned. Would certainly recommend.
