The Client may cancel their order by sending written notice to Carolina Ferrero Cakes. If the written notification is received more than 120 days before the date the event is due to take place then Carolina Ferrero Cakes will reimburse The Client any monies paid. If the written notice of cancellation is received within 120 days of the event date then the amount of the price that Carolina Ferrero Cakes shall be entitled to is calculated in accordance with the table below.0-30 days = 100%, 31-60 days = 75%, 61-90 days = 50%, 90-120 days = 25%, 121+ days = 0% The cancellation conditions above will apply for postponed events if Carolina Ferrero Cakes is not able to reschedule for the new date and time. The fee for postponed events is subject to change.

Carolina produced a stunning cake for my wife’s 40th birthday. It was beautifully decorated, and absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Carolina made my two-tier wedding cake exactly how I ordered it! One tier filled with Nutella and the other tier with caramel, both with fresh strawberries too. I also gave her a little salmon coloured thread to show her the colours of the wedding and she did everything she could to get the exact same colour for the flowers used to decor the cake (which were real flowers, by the way). Our cake did not only look amazing but the taste was out of this world! I've tried so many of her cakes now, as I always recommend her to my friends and we always order them from her.. I can certify that she only gets better with time! I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to contact her!

This is the best cake I’ve had in the Uk. I had the pleasure of trying out the delightful creations from Carolina Ferrari cake studio recently, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. Their cakes are absolute works of art, beautifully crafted with attention to detail and an impeccable taste to match. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. I commissioned Carolina and her talents for my wedding on 21st May 2022. Carolina, from the beginning, was amazing. I gave her some ideas what myself and my husband were looking for and she took it and made a cake that was above and beyond our expectations. We asked Carolina to make a 3 tier gluten free cake, we went with chocolate and vanilla with raspberry buttercream, which was a tough decision with all the amazing flavours she had to offer. The cake went down with the guests incredibly well, with all guests I spoke to making sure I passed on the compliments to our baker. I can’t recommend Carolina enough, she’s a local business in South Manchester, making arguably the best cake around. 100% can guarantee Carolina will make your cake dreams come true!

She was extremely helpful and kind, and I decided to get a 6 inch tall vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and decorations. The cake itself tasted absolutely amazing and the decor (I sent her pictures of what I wanted) were spot on.
